Database Administrator
The DBA will provide support to a highly available 24x7 Unix Enterprise environment.
You will be designing, building, and operating customer-facing Internet and an internal UNIX environment.
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Database Administrator in a Linux, SUN Solaris environment in a large enterprise setting.
Good verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills are required.
You must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Oracles 10g, RAC skills are desired.
You must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication and teaming skills. The ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems involving server hardware, software, and UNIX environments is required.
Excellent knowledge of UNIX and Windows-based volume managers and file systems.
Clustering experience is desired.
